Everything I've developed for Human First is based on the hard lessons I've had to learn as I made mistakes in my personal and professional life. These are frameworks and tools that I still practice on a daily basis; they've made a huge difference in my life, as well as the lives of friends, family, colleagues, and clients.
My background before starting Human First was in data analytics. Over time, I realized that I was much more interested in the human beings I was working with than in the data itself. Myself and the people I interacted with were doing our best to communicate and connect, but unable to overcome habits that sabotaged our interpersonal dynamics. I also saw folks at all levels struggling in systems that prioritize profits over people.Â
My dream is to help cultivate the mindset and behaviors we need to create more human-centered workplaces and enjoy more fulfilling relationships, at work and in life.

My career has spanned experiential marketing, events, program management, and operations. Through all of this, the red thread has been my relationships with people. I've always valued empathy in the workplace and have seen firsthand that when it's prioritized, it can make a huge difference. When we lead with empathy and intention, we create workplaces where people can do meaningful work and feel like themselves while doing it. My focus is to help make this the norm across workplaces.
